Ouagadougou: The special delegation of the rural commune of Koubri, in collaboration with the National Office for Development and Construction Control, organized on Tuesday an information and awareness meeting for populations on the illicit division of land by individuals claiming to be real estate developers.
‘We wanted this information meeting for the population, particularly the active forces of the commune of Koubri, to call on them to take the necessary measures to henceforth stand up against all that is illegal development and division of land in the commune,’ says Samadé Léonard Gougou, President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Koubri.
For him, it is important to raise the awareness of the population so that these residents contribute to the fight against unauthorized sales of land.
Mr. Gougou spoke on Tuesday in Koubri during the face-to-face meeting between the special delegation from the commune of Koubri and the residents.

The PDS called on the populations of Koubri to always seek information from the town hall and to comply with the law.

The inhabitants of Koubri positively appreciated the holding of this meeting which made it possible to clarify certain situations with regard to the municipal authorities.
