Morolaba’s Main Road Rehabilitated Through Community Efforts


Kenedougou: The population of Morolaba, led by the President of the Special Delegation (PDS), Germain Mien, came together on Monday, September 15, 2025, to rehabilitate the road leading to the center of the commune through community service initiatives.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the operation commenced around 8 a.m., during which several potholes were filled and some tracks were resurfaced, enhancing access to the town. Organizers stated that the goal of this initiative is to improve mobility within the municipality of Morolaba and to encourage citizen involvement in local development.



Germain Mien, President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune, expressed appreciation for the community’s active participation in this endeavor. The work concluded around 2 p.m., with plans to maintain the effort in the coming days through similar activities.
