The patent covers techniques for scalable automated and stateless network connections without using a controller. The company will implement pilot runs of its E-Commerce solution for Kenya Trade Network Agency (KenTrade), the Kenyan government agency in charge of managing the National Electronic Single Window System for Trade and facilitating trade logistics.

Developed to respond to the boom in global e-commerce trade volume, the Cross-Border E-Commerce (CBEC) program utilizes Intelligent Data Extraction to digitize data from trade documents and maps the data into a format compatible with Customs authorities’ platforms. Simplified and automatic data submission can then be made via a Single Window system to Customs and other stakeholders, which reduces duplication of work.
