أشار شي في تقريره إلى الكونغرس عند توضيح ميزات تحديث الصين، إلى أن تحديث البلاد يفيد عددًا كبيرًا من السكان. إنه يتميز بالازدهار المشترك، والتقدم المادي والثقافي والأخلاقي المنسق، والوئام بين البشرية والطبيعة، والتنمية السلمية.
وأكد أن التحديث الصيني هو تحديث لعدد هائل من السكان، والازدهار المشترك للجميع، والتقدم المادي والثقافي والأخلاقي، والانسجام بين الإنسانية والطبيعة، والتنمية السلمية، مضيفًا أنه يوفر للبشرية “خيارًا جديداً” لتحقيق التحديث.
يهدف الحزب الشيوعي الصيني إلى تحقيق التحديث الاشتراكي بشكل أساسي من عام 2020 حتى عام 2035، وبناء الصين في دولة اشتراكية حديثة عظيمة مزدهرة وقوية وديمقراطية ومتقدمة ثقافيًا ومتناغمة وجميلة من عام 2035 حتى منتصف هذا القرن.
وفقًا للقرار المعتمد بشأن تقرير اللجنة المركزية الـ19 للحزب الشيوعي الصيني، التزمت الصين دائمًا بأهداف سياستها الخارجية المتمثلة في دعم السلام العالمي وتعزيز التنمية المشتركة، وهي مكرسة لتعزيز مجتمع ذي مصير مشترك للبشرية.
وذكر القرار أن الصين تلتزم بالمبادئ الخمسة للتعايش السلمي فى متابعة الصداقة والتعاون مع الدول الأخرى.
“إنها ملتزمة بسياستها الوطنية الأساسية المتمثلة في الانفتاح على العالم الخارجي وتنتهج استراتيجية الانفتاح متبادلة المنفعة.”
